Mr. Thornton is a celebrated business and marketing strategist whose business, branding and advertising stamp has marked many of the most successful global and regional brands. Scott has held Director, Managing Partner, Executive Vice President and President positions at the global advertising firms of Grey, Saatchi & Saatchi, CME, Bozell Worldwide, FCB Worldwide, BBDO and Omnicom.


Scott was hand picked to lead the global launch branding strategy, marketing and communications team for the merger of Daimler-Benz and The Chrysler Corporation. He created two separate global ad agency networks servicing 68 countries and developing communications in 23 languages. Along the way Scott also played key, board and operational, roles in the merging of 10 multinational advertising firms while helping to establish and grow the advertising agency holding company concept at Saatchi & Saatchi, Interpublic Group and Omnicom.

He possesses a deep skill set and seminal experience in business and marketing strategy, change management, mergers and acquisitions, research methodologies, organizational structure, network creation new business development and C-level leadership in multinational private and public organizations ranging from 70 to 2,700 employees.
