Sue Barber is a marketing and communications writer with expertise across multiple genres and media.

Sue’s long-standing participation in the Direct Marketing Association of Detroit spans corporate stints at Minacs Marketing Solutions, Budco, Visual Services, Inc., Campbell-Ewald/Ceco Communications and Ross Roy Advertising. Other memberships include the Blue Water Area Chamber of Commerce and Independent Communicators Network. She participates in strategic planning, fundraising and oversight as a board member of Blue Water Safe Horizons, a nonprofit dealing with domestic violence and homelessness.
As a published author, Sue has penned articles and books on topics such as health, history, human interest, music, travel, vehicles and more. Other career stops: on-air broadcaster and reporter and public school teacher. Degrees are from the University of Michigan and University of Denver.
